Hi, I’m Felix

Let’s bring your wants and needs to the centre of your life.

I’m a neurodivergent counsellor, supervisor, and hobby-collector based on the lands of the Wurundjeri-Woi Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation, and I specialise in ADHD, queer counselling, and reclaiming your life from overwhelm and stress

My practice is queer, trauma-informed, anti-racist, and sex work affirming. If you want to learn more, reach out and chat!

About Me

I’ve spent years working in mental health, suicide prevention, peer support, and queer community spaces, and I bring that mix of experience — plus my own experience as a queer, neurodivergent person — into every session. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to work so hard you burn out but feel like you haven’t gotten anywhere, and to daydream about escaping into the woods just to have a day off.

Outside of therapy, I spend my time listening to podcasts and youtube deep-dives, trying out different types of craft, and drinking coffee - usually at the same time.

Mostly, I want to create spaces where you can feel comfortable, be yourself, and figure out what happiness looks like to you.

How we’ll work together

Therapy with me is a team effort - we both have tools and knowledge to share, and together we figure out what works for you as an individual.

My foundation is Narrative Therapy, which says you are not the problem, “the problem is the problem”. We’ll explore the stories that have shaped your life (the loud ones, the hidden ones, the family heirloom ones), and figure out what you want to keep, rewrite, or toss out entirely.

Depending on what you need, we might draw on:

  • body-based awareness (and how to recognise signals that you’ve been taught to ignore)

  • Community knowledge (Sometimes you just need a suggestion from someone who’s gone through it too)

  • creative approaches like metaphors, maps, or doodles

  • gently questioning the “rules” life handed you to see which ones you actually agree with

There’s space here for deep reflection, light moments, weird tangents, and practical action. Therapy doesn't have to be stiff or clinical — it can be a space that feels human, kind, and even kind of fun sometimes.
